Service providers contracted with the state are typically paid below market rate for their services. This precarious position was only exacerbated by the pandemic where service providers were asked to do more at the same rate of pay.

DANA is assembling a Contract Coalition to advocate for improved contract process and rates with the state. Contract Reassessment remains one of DANAs top priorities and we welcome your  partnership and engagement as we continue to advocate on behalf of the sector.

Participation is open to both nonprofit and for-profit service providers seeking to improve process and rates.
