These and other questions will be explored in a two-part virtual workshop:
Session 1: Changing Funder's Expectations
Session 2: Creating Credibility with Funders
Topics to be explored include how and why expectations from funders are changing, various interpretations of “business acumen,” and selected management processes and metrics that acknowledge limited resources. Implications for grantsmanship, donor solicitation, and relationship management will also be discussed.
Participants will be provided with a "Checklist of Funder Perspectives" that can be used by their staff and board to identify opportunities to more effectively meet their funders' needs and expectations.
This workshop will not be recorded.
