New Director E2E Peer Networking (Video Conference)

Description

This peer networking opportunity connects new Executive Directors (those who are in their position less than a year) to discuss strategies for effectively engaging their boards. 

This 90 minute online session will focus on the Board/Executive Partnership. Participants will gain strategies and insights on clarifying roles, expectations while navigating the new leader position. The session also creates an opportunity to connect with other Executives in the Delaware nonprofit sector. This is for Executive Directors of DANA nonprofit members only, and registration is limited to eight participants. DANA CEO, Sheila Bravo will facilitate.

Participation is via ZOOM, and will require computer, pad or phone screen – to see other participants and be seen via their screen camera. Prior to the session, DANA will send an information to registered participants on how to sign on.

DANA Members$10. Not available for non-members.

NOTE: In order to have a meaningful experience, a minimum of 3 attendees must be registered for the event to proceed.

DANA Cancellation & Refund Policy

Workshop registrations will not be confirmed until registration is complete and paid in full.

Cancellations must be at least 7 days prior to the scheduled workshop date to receive a full refund. No shows and cancellations within 7 days of the workshop will not receive a refund of their registration cost. To cancel or reschedule, please submit an email to Louise Koonce at lkoonce@delawarenonprofit.org.

Cancellation by DANA

Dana may cancel workshops due to insufficient enrollment or inclement weather. Registrants will be offered the option to reschedule to a future workshop or to receive a full refund.

DANA is not responsible for any expenses incurred by the registrant is a workshop is cancelled.
