Standards for Excellence Accreditation promotes the highest expectations and benchmarks of ethics, effectiveness, and accountability in nonprofit governance, management, finance, and operations. These standards go beyond the minimum legal requirements by outlining how well-managed and responsibly governed nonprofits should operate.

Learning Objectives:

  • Become knowledgeable about the Standards of Excellence Program.
  • Understand the accreditation process
  • Learn how DANA can support you and your organization if it chooses to undertake the accreditation process
